WWW Wednesday 17th February

This week I thought it would be nice to join in with a weekly feature hosted by Taking on a world of words where you are asked to answer these 3 questions…

What are you currently reading?

What did you recently finish reading?

What do you think you’ll read next?

1. Currently reading

I somehow how three books on the go at the moment. First up I’m reading I am Legend by Richard Matheson. I’m enjoying it but finding it a slow book to get into. It’s totally different to the film! Secondly, I’m reading or I should say I’ve started listening to Greenlights by Matthew McConaughey. Still early days but I’m loving listening to this mans wonderful accent. Finally, last night I started reading Twenties Girl by Sophie Kinsella on my kindle/phone as Percy was struggling with sleep which then meant I did too! I’m only a chapter in but it seems promising.

2. Recent finishes

Over the weekend I finished Where the Crawdad’s Sing by Delia Owens which was a lovely read. You can see my review here. The last book before that was nine perfect strangers by Liane Moriarty and again it was another good read. I went in with pretty low expectations with both for various reasons so I think that helped!

3. Up next

In all honesty I have no idea what I’ll read next. I’m very much a mood reader so will see how I feel when I get a finish. I’m hoping to finish I am legend in the next day or so. Not sure if I’ll pick another book up or just then give my full attention to Twenties Girl. I’ll see how tired I’m feeling ☺️

Any thoughts on the books I’ve mentioned? Let me know x
